Atlas

Atlas is the heavy-lift multirotor in the Tairos air portfolio. It carries resupply loads beyond the smaller multirotor class, connects to Sentinel and operates without fixed runway infrastructure.

The operational problem

Forward positions need ammunition, batteries, medical supplies and equipment, but moving those loads by a person or vehicle can expose the supply chain. Loads beyond the smaller multirotor class need a dedicated air platform.

Atlas moves those heavier loads through the air, holds over a constrained delivery point and places the package without requiring a runway.

Mission roles

Forward resupply

Atlas carries batteries, ammunition, medical supplies and other essentials from a supply point to a forward position, reducing the need to expose a human carrier on the same route.

Precise cargo delivery

For a cargo package beyond the smaller multirotor class, Atlas moves to the assigned point, releases the load and returns.

Formation support

Atlas occupies the support layer behind the strike cell. It carries what the smaller platforms cannot and receives tasking through the same Sentinel environment as the rest of the formation.

Atlas covers the cargo and delivery gap above the Strix family without forcing the smaller airframes beyond their natural envelope.

The multirotor configuration can hold over a constrained point and release a package where fixed-wing delivery would require more space and speed.

Reusable sustainment

The platform returns after routine delivery, making it part of the formation’s logistics cycle rather than a one-way asset.

Common system and integration logic

Sentinel connects Atlas to the operational picture. The heavy payload interface follows the same modular integration and safety pattern used across compatible Tairos platforms.

Operator control

Atlas operates inside assigned routes and delivery coordinates. The operator retains mission authority and an abort path through delivery and recovery.
